Georgia Right of Way – Utility Line Clearance Contractor is seeking to fill a local full-time groundman and A trimmer position immediately. Job Candidates must have a CDL License. (Class-A Preferred) This job post is for the MYAKKA CITY FL.area.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Using a woodchipper to remove limbs and debris from job sites

- Using a chainsaw to remove trees and brush

- Assisting in Roping/Rigging Operations

- Daily equipment inspection and maintenance

- Trimming and Mowing of Utility Right of Ways

We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy the freedom of an outdoor work environment and seek to build a career in tree work. We typically work 10-hour days 7:00am to 5:30pm; Monday thru Thursday (subject to change per customer request) We also provide Emergency Storm Clearance services as needed. Our employees must be able to work overtime and irregular hours at times.

Our employees are trained in chainsaw operation, tree felling, roping/rigging, bucket operation, tree climbing, tree removal, and proper pruning techniques.

On-the-job skills and safety training will be provided along with plenty of room for advancement. Hourly Pay is determined upon experience and qualifications.

All applicants must be able to pass a drug screen and DOT Physical
