Class A Truck Driver- Visible Product Driver

$10,000 Sign-on Bonus- Home Daily (Start in Lansing, drive to Grand Rapids area daily)

What You'll Do

- Work with our product vendor on product loading timing

- Deliver product from the Lansing area to the Grand Rapids area

- Drives diesel or gas powered truck from point to point safely.

- Prepares receipts for load drop off and picked up.

- Makes inspection of vehicle as required by policy and law to ensure the vehicle is safe to

- operate and has ample amounts of fluid levels.

- Occasionally assists in loading truck and always cleans truck out upon turn in.

- Collects payment for goods delivered and for delivery charges.

- Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations.

- Maintains telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions.

- Loads and unloads truck on route.

- Reports all road hazards observed en-route. Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.

- Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition.

- Maintains driver log according to ICC regulations.

- Positions blocks and ties rope around items to secure cargo during transit.

- Complies with all regulations, rules, and company procedures while performing job duties.

What We Need:

- Ability to manage your routes

- Valid CDL license

- Clean driving record

- - 1 year experience

- - Hazmat endorsement

- - preferred, but willing to train the right candidates
