Who We Are

Steeldeck Inc. manufactures high-load modular steel staging and platform systems used across entertainment, industrial, and architectural projects. Our systems are trusted on major productions, large venues, and critical industrial builds — where failure is not an option.

We are growing rapidly and need a front-line leader to generate new work, manage customers and represent Steeldeck on site.

Why This Role Exists

We need someone who can:

- Find new customers

- Support existing customers

- Quote work accurately

- Be physically present on complex builds

- Represent Steeldeck professionally on job sites

This person becomes the bridge between the customer, engineering, and production.

What You Will Own

- New business development and relationship building

- Customer quoting, proposals, and scope definition

- On-site supervision of Steeldeck platform and staging builds

- Technical customer support and field problem solving

- Project handoff to production

- Long-term account management

Core Responsibilities

- Develop new business with:

- Production companies

- Venues

- Event producers

- Industrial and architectural clients

- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals

- Visit job sites to:

- Support installations

- Solve field issues

- Ensure proper use of Steeldeck systems

- Act as the primary customer contact

- Communicate customer requirements to engineering & production

- Build long-term customer relationships

Who You Are

- Comfortable talking to decision makers

- Can read drawings and understand load-rated structural systems

- Confident on job sites

- Organized and responsive

- Professional, but not corporate

Bonus if you have:

- Staging, rigging, or construction industry experience

- Experience quoting structural steel, staging, or scaffolding

Compensation & Growth

- Base salary + commission

- Mileage reimbursement

- Phone allowance or provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
