Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities that support company growth and long-term sustainability. This role drives sales and marketing strategies, monitors market trends, supports bid submissions, and builds strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders while maintaining integrity and compliance.
- Develop business growth opportunities to ensure long-term value sustainability and growth of the company.
- Plan and execute short and long-term sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to include monitoring client and competitor business activities, current and future business development opportunities and strategies required to identify future projects that meet the Company’s core competencies.
- Monitor and participate in bid activities and submittals to ensure accurate, timely submittal of bids.
- Maintain communication with the Company’s operational directors to maximize opportunities by utilizing the various internal resources and assets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders.
- Maintain strong business relationships with clients, industry partners, and the Company’s executive management team, project managers and key industry leaders.
Perform all duties with integrity and abide by fair dealing regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies
- Experience with market research and bid/proposal processes
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and leadership
High level of professionalism, integrity, and compliance awareness
