Reporting to the Territory Manager, the Branch Support will have a broad range of administrative responsibilities. Regular duties will include front-counter customer interactions, billing and cash handling. As this position functions in a highly customer focused environment all persons are expected to perform their job duties in a professional manner and adhere to our company values.
- Front counter and in-person coverage including billing, cash handling and other administrative tasks
- Process retail and lubricant sales, helping customers purchase and load products as required
- Inventory counts and maintenance, ordering based on established min/maxes
- Customer data entry and follow-ups
- Reconcile accounts and investigate payment or inventory variances as requested
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work with others or alone
