Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper located in San Ramon, CA. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and maintaining records for audits. The role also involves communicating with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve financial issues and provide support as needed.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounting, and maintaining financial records

- Experience with invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation

- Skills in preparing financial reports and maintaining audit records

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial regulations

- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Relevant experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
