Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.

- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system.

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Engage with customers to promote menu items and special offers.

Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

- Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary practices is a plus.

- Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

- Must be willing to learn and adapt to new procedures and practices within the workplace.
