We are looking for an experienced manager of customers and accounts who is willing to roll up their sleeves to help manage a busy service business. The ideal candidate is a detailed oriented person with a proven record of managing a service business, accounting and office operations.
- Managing customer database and organizing scheduled work.
- Employee management and assisting with scheduling work
-Managing customer scheduling and dispatch, timesheets and payroll.
This is a position for professionals who thrive on customer service excellence while ensuring accounting accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience working in offices where they have had to balance different priorities.
Applicant must have proven experience and skills in the following areas:
- proficient in Quickbooks, Excel and Google docs
- managing employees and scheduling work
- customer billing and collections
- inventory tracking systems and ordering
