JER New Energy Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Mandarin–English Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in inventory tracking, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English with team members, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory and materials

- Accurately track inventory levels using inventory systems or spreadsheets

- Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy

- Prepare inventory reports and communicate discrepancies to management

- Label, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations

- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping as needed

- Communicate inventory needs, issues, and updates in Mandarin and English

- Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures

- Support other warehouse or operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) – required

- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or related role preferred

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory software experience a plus)

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Compensation

- Schedule: Full-time (details discussed during interview)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
