Insulation Foreman | Monad | Colorado

Full-Time · Travel Required

Monad is hiring a Bilingual Insulation Foreman. If you have industrial insulation experience and know how to lead a crew in the field, we want to hear from you. Projects are in Colorado.

The role:

- Lead daily crew assignments and monitor workflow

- Complete daily reports for your team

- Coordinate material needs and assist with deliveries

- Communicate progress daily to PM and Superintendent

What you bring:

- Experience leading insulation crews in industrial or Oil & Gas environments

- OSHA 10 and equipment certifications required

- Valid driver's license and must pass drug/alcohol screening

- Ability to lift 50lbs

- Ability to speak spanish
