Minimum Qualification:

1)Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals(Minimum A.S. degree in related field), hands-on experience with roll-to-roll systems, and deep understanding of web handling, tension control (EPC/CPC), and powder coating or lamination processes in battery, capacitor, or film industries.

2) 1 -3+ years of hands-on precision machinery experience in process operations including metal foil handling, lamination, powder coating, and calendaring.

3)Proficient with engineering tools, including CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and data analysis tools (Minitab, MATLAB, Python).

4)Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate globally in fast-paced environments.

5) Korean or Chinese Speaking is preferred.

R&R: Lead the development, optimization, and scaling of continuous manufacturing processes for metal foil or electrode production used in next-generation battery systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
