As a Back Up Energy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to provide sustainable energy solutions. What you’ll do

- Engage in outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach, to connect with potential customers.

- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and streamline the sales process.

- Conduct presentations and demonstrations that highlight the advantages of solar energy solutions.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.

- Leverage your bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with a wider range of clients.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with both customer needs and company goals.

- Lead initiatives that promote energy efficiency and sustainability within the community.

Experience

- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in energy or technical sales environments.

- Familiarity with solar sales is highly desirable.

- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer relationships effectively.

- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in driving team success and fostering collaboration.
