Butler-Warner Generation Plant Intern

Join one of the world’s must‑see power plants, recognized by the World Energy Conference and APPA. As a Generation Intern, you’ll support operations, maintenance, and administration throughout the Butler‑Warner facility.

What you’ll do:

- Assist with operator log‑rounds and daily plant checks

- Support chemistry sampling and reporting

- Help with warehouse inventory and stock

- Assist with instrumentation calibrations and preventive maintenance

- Participate in various day‑to‑day tasks across the plant

Experience/Education

- Currently enrolled in an accredited program related to the industry.

Eligibility Requirements

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Applicants should be able to commit to the entire internship duration.

Pay Scale

- College Intern – 1 st year completed $17

- College Intern – 2nd year completed: $18

- College Intern – 3 rd /4 th year completed: $19

- Graduate Student: up to $25 – pay commensurate with experience

Internship Duration: May 18 th – August 7 th
