Logic Control Systems takes pride in being the Integrator of choice for many of the larger manufacturers in their respective industry. We work professionally, discreetly, and with purpose, making attention to detail paramount. A controls specialist representing LCS will be able to work remotely in a self-disciplined manner, act professionally in a work and personal environment, and produce high quality results. Interacting with customers, plant personnel, and modifying important system configurations is a common occurrence.
Take a commanding role in industrial manufacturing automation activities, including – PLC logic and HMI system development, network, database, data acquisition and reporting, control panel Cad design, P&ID and PFD drawings. Work primarily on large process control SCADA projects, with other related [packaging, continuous press, batching, etc.] processes and machinery as well.
The ideal candidate has the ability to communicate intelligently and professionally with company managers and customers, while overseeing projects from concept to a successful commissioning. This candidate will be knowledgeable yet, willing to learn and improve. You will manage your own tasks on projects, supported by a staff of other engineers/integrators. Staying focused and on task, being detail-oriented and organized are critical traits. Having the ability to process and convey complex information is equally important.
This role includes designing new controls, upgrading existing equipment controls, modifying existing programs, designing and building new systems for plant upgrades, and occasional local/remote service work (program troubleshooting or modification). Most projects involve a combination of Cad drawings, PLC/HMI programming, data acquisition and report design (within a SCADA system context). We also do design/build work on R&D type projects.
