**SUMMARY**  
  
The Automation & PLC Equipment Engineer will be responsible for Automation & PLC maintenance and management of Wafer equipment at the new QCELLS factory in Cartersville, GA. This includes automation and PLC improvements for all machines. The Equipment Engineer will be a vital member of the Automation & PLC team and will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.  
  
**RESPONSIBILITIES**  

* Responsible for tasks related to equipment PLC maintenance
* Manage Backup & Upgrade of new equipment PLC data
* Handle the equipment PLC improvement project progress and management
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of equipment
* Establish PLC Troubleshooting procedures and take measures with training
* Prepare reports for scheduled meetings
* Perform other related duties as assigned

  
  
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**  

* Ability to recognize and provide equipment PLC failure analysis
* Experience in PLC control configuration and maintenance management
* LC modification and interpretation skills
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical and mechanical engineering, or related engineering fields
* More than 3 years of experience in equipment PLC control development
* Experience in carrying out equipment PLC improvement projects
* Experience or qualifications in the semiconductor or photovoltaic industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  
  
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

* Automation equipment improvement project management skills
* Bilingual in Chinese or Korean preferred
