How You'll Make an Impact

- Develop and implement resilient and sustainable sourcing strategies.

- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to meet factory expectations.

- Control and manage contract usage in local ERP systems.

- Define and guide Supplier Management activities for the Supply Quality and Development team.

- Collaborate with factories and stakeholders to support bidding, design to value (DtV), and R&D activities.

- Initiate projects to reduce total cost of ownership and mitigate risks.

- Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy, BU, and HBU regulations and procedures.

- Take accountability and approval authority for the quality of team operations.

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering.

- Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
