Position Summary
As the Markets & Growth Transactions Associate, you'll work closely with a broad range of stakeholders across Antora – finance, legal, policy, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and business development – to support a critical aspect of the company's strategic transactions.
As the internal orchestrator of a high-impact deal flow, you will coordinate complex, multi-party work streams across to advance deal life cycles as well as help develop process improvements to increase improve deal flow efficiency and audit-readiness over time.

The ideal candidate brings transaction experience, strong financial and operational skills, a curiosity to learn, and a mission-first mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities Transaction (Deal) Execution & Follow-through
- Drive the operating cadence and pipeline by establishing a deal-flow rhythm (weekly deal reviews, risk/issue forum) and maintaining a single source of truth.
- Lead cross-functional diligence: Define the diligence plan and narrative by orchestrating inputs from across Antora, ensuring consistency and alignment with internal processes, and producinge deal-ready packaging.
- Support external engagements: Prepare agendas/briefs and coordinate information flow and interactions between parties during active negotiations while independently owning discrete work streams to advance transactions.
- Drive structure recommendations: Develop financial models to build clear scenarios on timing, structure, and economics to rapidly evaluate options with quantified impacts and crisp recommendations for leadership.
- Transaction follow-through: Manage post-closing requirements to proactively ensure compliance with the executed agreements.
- Formalize due diligence: Establish and maintain a standardized due diligence framework that provides actionable insights into risk factors for future deals and maintains diligence packages for active deals and prospective buyers.
- Measure and report
- Drive continuous improvement: Capture lessons learned and implement recommendations to continuously improve Antora's deal approach while documenting processes and SOPs in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build compliance architecture: Working with Legal, Business Operations, and Finance teams - develop and implement audit procedures and documentation standards
- Support audit readiness: Maintain meticulous transaction records for potential IRS audits, in collaboration with relevant teams- Experience supporting complex financial/markets transactions: 3+ years of experience driving financial transactions demonstrating the ability to take on both the day-to-day tasks and the bigger-picture analysis required to advance transactions.
- Financial analysis & deal structuring: Proven ability to analyze transaction terms and market data to assess the strengths and risks of different deal structures in support of company-level strategic objectives.
- Communication via financial models: Strong ability to build clear, simple, and functional financial models in Excel and Google Sheets for both daily team use and leadership visibility.
- Execution rigor and initiative: Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous and dynamic work environments with a high-level of self-driven initiative to drive tasks to completion and consistently deliver high quality work outputs.
- Cross-functional influence & stakeholder collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work closely with both internal (e.g. manufacturing, engineering, finance, policy, etc.) and external (e.g. brokers, buyers, insurance, etc.) stakeholders at all levels to gather information, identify solutions and implement them into work plans.
- Meticulous attention to detail: Unwavering commitment to precision and accuracy in qualitative and quantitative work products.
- Learning agility & intellectual curiosity: Demonstrated ability to quickly master new technical domains, stay current with evolving regulations and market practices, and translate complex information into actionable insights.
