Position Overview

Mirror Image Metal Finishing is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Coordinator to support daily shop operations. This role bridges office coordination and shop floor production, ensuring projects move efficiently from order entry to shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working both at a computer and on the manufacturing floor.

Key Responsibilities

Enter new projects and job information into QuickBooks Confirm material availability before releasing jobs to production Review and check drawings for accuracy and completeness Create routing sheets / traveler packets for shop floor use Deliver job packets to technicians and provide clear instructions Perform inspection of parts to ensure quality Package completed parts Create shipping labels and prepare outgoing orders Maintain accurate job tracking and production documents Support and help develop overall workflow efficiency

Requirements

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings Comfortable working in both office and shop floor settings Basic computer proficiency (QuickBooks experience preferred) *Strong communication skills and team mindset
