Summary of the Position: The role entails managing daily administrative and collection tasks aimed at effectively recovering delinquent accounts and charged-off debts. Key requirements include excellent communication skills, attention to detail, knowledge of consumer lending products, and collection laws. Responsibilities involve preparing checks for delinquent loans, assisting with loan payment protection claims, managing bankruptcy processes, contacting delinquent borrowers, maintaining organized files, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position also requires displaying professionalism, adherence to confidentiality, and effective contribution to annual delinquency and charge-off goals. A high school diploma is required, with preference for advanced training and prior experience in loan collection.
