This position is responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to apprenticeship programs, operator qualifications, and weld qualification/certifications. This role involves analyzing training data, generating reports, and developing strategies to enhance program effectiveness. The role will also maintain records, coordinate logistics, and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
Analyze training data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Generate detailed reports on program effectiveness and trainee performance. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance training programs. Provide insights to support decision-making processes. Evaluate present practices and implement processes, concepts, training and tools to prevent, detect and correct human errors that may adversely impact the safe, reliable operation of the generation, gas and electric transmission and distribution system. (40%)
Maintain program files, records, and databases. Acquire and distribute program materials. Respond to internal and external data requests. Assist with training schedules and training records. Communicate with external stakeholders to ensure compliance. (20%)
Coordinate meals and lodging for apprentice training. Facilitate all team and committee meetings, including scheduling, catering, and record keeping. (25%)
Maintain gas operator qualification evaluation records and databases. Maintain Department of Labor apprenticeship registrations and compliance databases. Manage information classification and retention processes for all apprenticeship documents. (10%)
Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned (5%).
Associate's degree. (Typically, three years of related, progressive work experience would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess an associate's degree.)
A minimum of four years’ related work experience required including two years of directly related experience in data entry, analysis and reporting.
Assessing skills to prioritize critical tasks and determine personal workflow to accomplish results.
Excellent judgment when dealing with requests, communications, internal customers, business partners and vendors.
Demonstration of knowledge and understanding of human performance improvement techniques. Effective oral and written communication skills.

Excellent computing skills, particularly in M365 applications and/or other database applications.
Basic financial analysis skills to monitor, analyze and report on training budget and expenditures.
Highly organized to handle several priority assignments, multiple direct work relationships and changing assignments.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
