We are seeking a 1st year Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in welding and fabrication. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery such as forklifts.

Responsibilities

- Fabricate metal components using various welding techniques, including MIG and TIG welding.

- Operate forklift safely to move materials around the worksite.

- Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts.

- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Requirements

- Some experience in welding and fabrication is essential.

- Proficient in operating hand tools, forklift safely.

- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.

- A valid forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
