Job Title: Oracle C2M Functional Consultant

Job Type: Contract on W2

Job Location: Dallas, TX , Onsite ( relocation is fine)

Required Skills:

· Requirements gathering and analysis for C2M system.

· Design and configuration of C2M.

· Support UAT and provide end-user guidance.

· Translate business needs into functional requirements/specifications.

· Perform gap analysis between current systems and desired C2M functionality.

· Provide expertise in rate design, billing configurations, and customer account management.

· Recommend best practices for system configuration and data management within C2M.
