Are you looking for an exciting new career opportunity that comes with amazing opportunities for success and growth for your future? Morskate Manufacturing is actively recruiting a motivated Agricultural Product Fabricator to join our dynamic team of professionals.
Reporting to the Agricultural Manager, you will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and repair of a wide range of agricultural equipment and custom metal products. You will be interpreting blueprints and technical specifications to build high-quality, functional equipment tailored to the needs of our customers. - Create and assemble a variety of agricultural products including gates, trailers, feeders, livestock pens, irrigation systems, and other custom farm machinery and tools.
- Perform welding, cutting, bending, and shaping of metal components using MIG, TIG, stick welding, or other techniques as needed.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications to ensure accuracy and functionality in product design and fabrication.
- Design and build custom agricultural products or modify existing equipment to meet specific needs or requirements.
- Repair or refurbish existing agricultural equipment, ensuring optimal function and longevity.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet safety standards, durability requirements, and customer expectations.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for welding and metalworking to maintain a safe work environment.
- Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding, with a focus on agricultural or industrial applications.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or stick welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using a variety of fabrication tools, including saws, grinders, drills, and lathes.
- Experience with agricultural equipment repair and modification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and welding standards.
- Active participation in company safety program
- Follow safety protocol including wearing of required PPE and understanding and application of safety policies, procedures and practices

We offer competitive starting wages beginning at $30-34 per hour, with final rates determined by your experience, skill level, and how well you align with the role. We appreciate dedication and commitment, and we conduct thorough performance reviews after three months and annually to acknowledge outstanding work and support employee growth.
