We’re seeking a Customer Service Specialist / Administrative Assistant to serve as a key point of contact for customers and provide essential administrative support to our internal teams. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with people.
- As an After-Sales Customer Service Specialist, you’ll need to provide service for the after-service support for Residential BESS and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and web.
o Track and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
o Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service or installation.
o Coordinate with technical teams to schedule service visits and respond to support requests.
o Assist with data entry, documentation and file organizations.
o Support the after-sales and project management teams with customer support coordination.
o Help manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas or reports.
o Maintain inventory records and help with logistics coordination (shipping/receiving).
o Assist with general office tasks and organization as needed.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general comfort with digital tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in the solar, energy, and construction industry is a plus, but not required.
- Work involves talking, hearing, keying, and writing.
- The physical requirements of this position are described as sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects,
- Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
- The worker is required to have visual acuity in order to perform activities at distances close to the eyes.
- The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, specific skills, and years of experience.
