WPI Canada is a growing presence in the Canadian oil and gas service industry. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional with oil and gas experience to support our operations and service teams. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial processing, safety compliance, and efficient office operations.
- Provide administrative support to management, operations, and field service teams
- Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
- Prepare and process customer invoicing accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage banking activities, including deposits, reconciliations, and reporting
- Maintain accurate records related to jobs, billing, and customer accounts
- Support safety administration, including documentation, compliance tracking, and reporting
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- Assist with month-end and year-end administrative and financial tasks
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company and customer requirements
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors
- Previous oil and gas industry experience is required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with AR/AP, invoicing, and general accounting functions
- Familiarity with safety programs and documentation within an industrial or oil and gas environment
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
