Location: Kent, OH Pay: $20.00 per hour Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time, Monday–Friday)

Our Corporate Office in Kent, OH, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position supports the administrative and office side of operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism in daily business functions.
The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to multiple departments within the organization. This role is responsible for managing incoming communications, processing documentation, and maintaining an orderly, welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude.
- Welcome and professionally assist all visitors, ensuring a courteous and positive first impression of the organization.
- Handle incoming phone calls and distribute correspondence as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding certifications, orders, and general account questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist the accounting/AR team with processing customer certifications (MTRs/Certs).
- Support documentation and record-keeping for pick lists, packing lists, and customer purchase orders.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to multiple departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Organize, maintain, and file essential records and documents for various departments.
- Support the transition to a new ERP system through data entry, validation, and process testing as needed.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and safe office environment.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management to support departmental operations.
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of administrative or office experience preferred- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive, professional, and collaborative team player
- Work is primarily performed in an office setting (sitting, standing, computer use)
- Occasional light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
