Job Overview:

We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to help with our day-to-day office operations at our manufacturing facility. The candidate will have strong computer literacy, and have an interest in manufacturing. The candidate should be well-spoken, organized and sociable to interface with a variety of customers.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day operations in the office

- Answer phones and direct calls

- Create and manage workflow packets for ongoing projects

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Continuous growth / improvement

Experience:

REQUIRED:

- Advanced social awareness for interfacing with customers

- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Highly organized

- Self-motivated

- Interest in manufacturing

- Reliable transportation

PREFERRED:

- Prior experience in manufacturing office environment

- Experience in reading blueprints
