Account Executive – East Idaho (Global Sales)
We’re a leading contract manufacturer specializing in rubber, plastic, and metal parts — and we’re growing our East Idaho sales team! If you’re driven, motivated, and excited about building a high-earning career in sales, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re hiring 1–2 Account Executives to expand market share and drive revenue growth. This role is hands-on, focusing on cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns while managing accounts and building long-term customer relationships.
- Experience: 2+ years in sales (B2B, phone, or in-person)
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management ability
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems
- Excellent follow-up and communication (phone & face-to-face)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Languages: English or Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus — we’re expanding into Mexico!
- Mindset: Positive, customer-focused, and self-driven
- Prospect and schedule meetings with new and existing clients
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries
- Present and promote our products and services to decision-makers
- Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Partner with marketing to execute sales strategies
- Base Pay: $18–$22/hr (DOE)
- Bonuses & Commissions: Uncapped earning potential + monthly incentives- Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs, Mon–Fri)
