Hahn & Clay is looking for a driven and experienced leader to head our ASME Fabrication Division

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all operations within the ASME Fabrication Division

- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand client base and project portfolio

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts

- Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with ASME standards, budgets, and deadlines

- Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

- Provide technical expertise and sales leadership to support proposals and contract negotiations

Qualifications:

- Proven leadership experience in

ASME fabrication, pressure vessels, piping, skids, and heavy fabrication projects

- Strong background in

sales, business development, and client management

- Knowledge of ASME codes and industry regulations

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

- Ability to lead teams and drive division-level success
