NextEra Energy seeks an exceptional AI Product Manager to lead the most ambitious transformation initiative in our Marketing & Communications history. The product manager will manage the overall execution of the program. They will manage the comprehensive M&C AI transformation product roadmap (owns the "how and when"), prioritizing features that drive campaign optimization, content personalization, and stakeholder engagement improvements. This role combines strategic product ownership of our AI transformation portfolio with tactical excellence in agile program management. You'll serve as the operational backbone translating visionary AI strategy into delivered results while ensuring seamless integration of knowledge assets and stakeholder requirements.
This position guides teams in the execution of agile initiatives to deliver customer value. Employees in this role train and coach in the use of Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, and scale agile framework practices.
