AI/ML Engineer

Rate: $110K - $140K

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python-based frameworks and capable of delivering production-ready solutions using modern tools and APIs. Experience in healthcare data is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using PyTorch

- Build and maintain scalable APIs for model serving with FastAPI

- Containerize and orchestrate ML applications using Docker

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production environments

- Optimize performance and monitor deployed models to ensure reliability and scalability

- Work with structured and unstructured datasets, applying statistical and ML techniques to drive insights

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Hands-on experience with PyTorch for deep learning model development

- Proven experience developing and deploying APIs using FastAPI

- Experience with Docker for containerization and environment management

- Demonstrated ability to deploy and maintain ML models in production

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in the healthcare or life sciences domain

- Familiarity with data security and compliance in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA)
