Job Summary

Perform all duties required to the continuous department. These may include operating draw equipment, support testing equipment, organizing workload from induction, and running samples to pre-determine draw temperature.

Job Responsibilities

· The ability to follow instructions and specifications concerning the machines operation in order to product quality product.

· Following and help establish written procedures for the operation of all equipment, emergency procedures, quality procedures, ensuring the proper loading of jobs, and following safety regulations.

· A high level of production must be maintained

· Use of Grinders, Cut-off Saws, Sanders, Rockwell and Brinell testers, or any other testing equipment necessary.

· Assure that accurate records of production and downtime logs are recorded and maintained.

· Safe use of a fork lift to load and transfer parts

· Follow all Quality Assurance procedures as required, and monitor the process by periodically observing the machines

· Keep work area safe, clean, and orderly at all times

· Perform all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or other management as required

Job Requirements

· History of good attendance and work record

· Must be able to lift 75lbs.

· Must have the ability to work without supervision and follow written procedures

· Must be motivated and self-driving

· Must be organized and have the ability to multi-task
