Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our 1st shift team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts. You’ll be responsible for machine setup, operation, and inspection of precision components according to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC machines

- Load/unload parts and monitor machine operations

- Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools

- Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and engineering specifications

- Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Record production data and follow quality control procedures

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required

- 1–2 years of CNC machining experience preferred, not required

- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

- Basic math and computer skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

- Strong attention to detail and safety

- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
