Consolidated Rural Water District #4 is seeking a full-time laborer/water plant operator.

Hours M-F 8:00-4:30. Six-month probation period. Pay raise after probation ends. Yearly evaluations. Paid single coverage health insurance, along with an employer funded retirement available.

Ideal candidates would be expected to lift 50-plus pounds and be willing to work outside in all temperatures of the year.

Duties would include mowing, fixing leaks, setting meters, plant maintenance, and lab work.

Mandatory ~ Class A CDL within the first year of employment.

~ Ability to obtain a class 1 water operator license within 18 months.

~ Ability to pass a background/driving and drug test.

~ Willing to be on call and work overtime.
