- Provide administrative support including editing, typing and copying general business documents; preparing text, graphics and chart materials for use in correspondence, reports and presentations; ordering supplies and handling routine administrative tasks and questions.
- Participate in and support department in special projects, committees, and/or task forces to accomplish assignments.
- Organizes and maintains well file system both hard copy and digital.
- Conducts research; compiles and types of reports; maintain database information; annual reports and various property reports.
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities. Helps in coordinating annual Supervisor's Meeting and Awards Banquet.
- Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.
- Property, and real estate software administration.
- Responsible for maintenance of contracts and license renewals i.e. software agreements, real estate licenses and brokerage licenses.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education with experience in and knowledge of the real estate industry; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage work volume and/or time constraints.
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
