The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for leading all quality-related functions within the investment casting operation to ensure that products consistently meet customer and industry standards. This role oversees the quality management system, inspection activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. The QA Manager works closely with production, engineering, and operations team to drive defect prevention, process control, and customer satisfaction. Must have prior investment casting experience.
