Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking employee with positive energy to join our team. As a part of our production staff, you must be comfortable completing repetitive work cleaning empty dry ice containers, working around carbon dioxide (CO2) and with basic cleaning chemicals, be able to read and write numbers, perform physical labor lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs., and other duties as assigned. This is a part-time position that offers competitive pay and a friendly positive atmosphere in a small local business. We are 1-mile from the nearest City bus route.
Hours: Day shift every Monday - Friday for 2-4 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
-Clean empty dry ice containers daily in accordance with quality standards
-Regularly use basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and occasional multiplication and division skills.
-Understand and comply with all safety and quality policies and procedures
-Follow Food Safety and HACCP programs (on the job training is provided)
- Utilize hand tools to complete tasks
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Experience in computer use, and accurate data entry (a plus)
-Ability to perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) (required)
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately (required)
- Ability to reach, push, pull and lift up to 25 lbs. (required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (required)
