# Job Purpose

# The position will be cross-trained in and responsible for operating mobile equipment, and plant equipment, and working in the wash and dry plant running the PLC board while maintaining a clean workplace. The employee will be expected to operate all equipment in a safe manner. As a result, basic mechanical skills are required for the maintenance of equipment and assistance with overall plant maintenance.

# Supervision

# Each employee is responsible for ethical and professional behavior in conjunction with their job and day-to-day operations. This position does not have direct supervision over other individuals, although they may be involved in mentoring and assisting trainees and/or interns.

# Primary Responsibilities and Duties

- Operate all equipment associated with Job tasks. (Loader skid steers, Material Handler, haul truck, etc.)

- Operation and knowledge of startup/shutdown procedures

- Assist the maintenance department in maintaining the plant.

- General labor, as needed.

- Ability to receive medical clearance to wear respiratory protection.

- Willingness to both provide and receive suggestions for job and plant improvement.

Experience:

- 2 + Years preferred but will train
