Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various equipment and facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain Mazak FH 6800/8800, Nexus 6800’s, Pallet-techs, OKK 1250s, Grinders, Etc.
- Perform mechanical repairs (and rebuild) on all machines.
- Check inputs and outputs if Mitsubishi and Fanuc PLCs
- Support with scheduling PM, reading reports, diagrams and drawings.
- Working knowledge of tool Probing function for CNC Mill Machines.
- Experience repairing hydraulic/pneumatics, 480v systems, single/three phase motors.
- Repair Servo-drives, limit switches, VFDs, Prox sensors, Encoders, Power supplies, and pallet change codes.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
- Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.
- Wire and rebuild high pressure coolants systems.
- Maintain and rebuild according to OEM specifications.
- Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions.
- Experience with gear boxes, shafts, bearings, valves, pumps, etc.
- Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of logic controllers and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
- Experience in residential painting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems.
- Previous experience supervising maintenance teams is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
