Join our team as a Maintenance Planner and play a key role in optimizing our maintenance operations. You’ll manage our CMMS, coordinate work orders, and drive efficiency through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule preventative, predictive, and planned maintenance

- Coordinate daily workloads with Maintenance Managers and Leads

- Track equipment downtime, root cause analysis, MTBF, and MTTR

- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on manpower, efficiency, trade utilization, and costs

- Collaborate with Purchasing and Inventory teams to ensure parts availability

Qualifications:

- Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance scheduling

- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver’s license

Work Environment:

- Office-based with occasional time on the manufacturing floor

- May require overtime and working under tight deadlines
