We’re seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to oversee purchasing, inventory accuracy, and vendor relationships. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and supporting our commitment to quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

- Manage purchasing and inventory control for production materials.

- Monitor material requirements and conduct daily cycle counts.

- Lead variance investigations and implement corrective actions.

- Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing/delivery terms.

- Ensure accurate documentation and ERP system updates.

- Collaborate with internal teams to support production and sales needs.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred.

- 5+ years of purchasing/inventory experience in manufacturing.

- ERP system experience and strong Excel skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
