Shape a consistent, employee-centered experience across multiple local sites by guiding a capable HR team and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff.
- Team Leadership: Provide direction, mentorship, and development to a dedicated HR team
- Field Partnership: Serve as the go-to HR contact for employees and leaders across several nearby locations
- Local Travel: Visit sites regularly to stay visible, accessible, and in tune with the business
- Employee Relations: Address concerns with fairness and compassion; drive conflict resolution and consistent outcomes
- Performance Management: Oversee coaching, corrective action, and performance improvement processes
- Talent Lifecycle: Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding to ensure operational continuity
- Compliance: Ensure alignment with federal, state, and Washington employment laws
- Policy Stewardship: Maintain HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook
- People Systems & Benefits: Administer benefits and manage HRIS data integrity and workflows
- Generalist Flexibility: Roll up your sleeves and support any HR-related tasks as needed- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- 3–5 years leading and managing an HR team
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution expertise
- Experience supporting multi-location teams
- Hands-on generalist mindset with leadership capability
- HRIS experience required
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
