Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen and a passion for building lasting relationships with clients as well as an in-depth understanding of the electrical field and local codes.
Responsibilities
•Lead and manage multiple sales projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
•Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
•Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in sales strategies.
•Prepare and present project proposals to stakeholders, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
•Monitor project performance metrics and implement necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
•Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
Experience
•Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
•Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, with excellent organizational skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
•Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools is preferred.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
