We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Project Engineer
to support the execution of battery storage and
data center
power infrastructure projects. The Project Engineer plays a key role in coordinating design, procurement, and field implementation, ensuring that technical standards and project goals are met on time and within budget.
This is a hands-on role that bridges engineering and project execution, ideal for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities•Support project execution from design through commissioning for BESS and power infrastructure projects
•Review and manage technical documentation, including electrical drawings, installation specs, and bill of materials
•Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
•Track project milestones, procurement status, and deliverables to ensure alignment with schedules
•Participate in project meetings and interface with clients, contractors, and vendors
•Assist in preparing technical submittals, RFIs, as-builts, and close-out documentation
•Support on-site inspections and resolve field technical issues in collaboration with engineering
•Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and internal QA/QC protocols
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
•2–5 years of experience in engineering or construction of energy or infrastructure projects
•Familiarity with BESS, microgrids, switchgear, or data center power systems is strongly preferred
•Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications
•Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD, Revit, and project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera) a plus
•Ability to travel to project sites (up to 50%)
