The Opportunity

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Oversee adherence to HSE regulations in all quality activities.

- Execute global and regional quality strategies and improvement plans.

- Drive ISO 9001 compliance and maintain certification.

- Lead audits, inspections, and corrective actions for continuous improvement.

- Champion customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and improving processes.

- Implement global QA and QC standards to ensure defect-free delivery.

- Foster a culture of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

- Monitor and report quality KPIs, analyze trends, and close gaps.

- Collaborate across functions to enhance quality practices and resolve issues.

- Develop and lead a high-performing quality team.

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality management, including 2 years in leadership within manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory standards, and ISO compliance.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience managing audits and implementing continuous improvement programs.
