Our Industrial Pipefitter/Fabricators play a key role in building and maintaining the equipment that keeps our customers’ facilities running safely and efficiently. This work is hands-on, meaningful, and supports a mission much bigger than the shop walls.

We are not seeking shipfitters for this role. Our work centers on industrial piping, boilers, chillers, and mechanical equipment. Experience with pressure piping or fabrication is more relevant, but we are open to teaching motivated candidates.
- Work with a team to fabricate and assemble piping systems and metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and measurements to ensure quality and accuracy
- Build frameworks for boilers, chillers, and other industrial equipment
- Use fabrication tools such as grinders, sanders, saws, drill presses, and press brakes
- Help identify and solve fabrication challenges
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Support a safe, clean, and organized workspace
- Lift 75+ lbs and meet the physical demands of the role- Communicate clearly with teammates and customers
- Represent our company with pride and professionalism

- Ability to work independently and stay focused
- Basic tool and measurement knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of industrial fitting, pipefitting, or fabrication experience preferred
- Strong math skills (geometry and algebra)
- Dependability, humility, and a great work ethic
- Welding certifications
- Mechanical or electrical background
- Experience with pressure piping or mechanical systems
