About the Role:

Are you the go-to person when the AC fails in a heatwave or the furnace quits in a snowstorm? We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who brings both technical know-how and a people-first mindset. In this role, you’ll handle service calls, perform seasonal maintenance, educate customers, and—most importantly—restore comfort to homes. You’ll also join our on-call rotation, ready to be the hero when it matters most.

What You’ll Do:

- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct seasonal system tune-ups, including filter changes, cleaning, and minor repairs to prevent major breakdowns.

- Diagnostics & Repairs: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with compressors, thermostats, ductwork, fans, and more—quickly and accurately.

- Customer Communication: Break down technical problems into easy-to-understand language and recommend solutions with clarity and confidence.

- Documentation & Organization: Use Service Titan to document service details, collect payments, explain warranties, and keep your vehicle and tools organized.

- Upselling & Memberships: Promote our Service Plus Agreement to help customers protect their systems and enjoy added benefits.

- Ongoing Learning: Participate in training and stay up to date on the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.

What You Bring:

- 1+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Strong problem-solving skills and clear, friendly communication

- A positive attitude and commitment to top-quality workmanship

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work on your feet, in confined spaces, or on ladders

- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

- Comfortable with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels

- Adherence to all safety protocols and use of PPE

Schedule:

- Monday–Friday day shifts

- On-call rotation (weekends only when it’s your turn)

Compensation:

- $25.00 – $36.00/hour, based on experience and certifications

- Plus commissions and overtime pay
