Skill Set
- Bachelor degree or above, safety or related major;
- Have strong hidden danger investigation ability, interpersonal relationship and communication skills;
- Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, safety, environment, work injury and other aspects of knowledge;
- Familiar with ISO14001/45001
- Familiar with HSE regulations and standards in chemical industry
- More than 3 years HSE working experience in chemical enterprises is preferred;
- Proficient in the application of office software, with a certain foreign language foundation;
- Safety engineer qualification is preferred.

- Maintain HSE compliance and ensure weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual compliance is implemented.
- Be responsible for HSE work such as environmental assessment and health assessment of new project construction.
- Collaborate with third parties to evaluate compliance with identified monthly updates of legal and regulatory standards.
- Implement HSE corrective measures to achieve zero accidents and promote zero accident culture.
- Assist HSE system implementation and maintenance (including ISO14001, OHSAS 45001, safety standardization) to comply with relevant national regulations and HSE standards.
- Organize and coordinate monthly HSE training, including three-level training for employees to improve employees 'HSE awareness.
- Formulate annual emergency drill plan, organize implementation and evaluation regularly.
- Responsible for planning and organizing weekly/monthly periodic HSE audits, inspections and follow-up to improve non-conformities and prevent safety violations.
- Responsible for site safety management of subcontractors and suppliers (training/hot work/contractor operation application approval/site supervision) to ensure any site contractors/visitors understand risk and control arrangements.
- Be responsible for safety supervision of special equipment and fire control management on site.
- Responsible for hazardous waste declaration, environmental, occupational health and safety files online and offline management and maintenance.
- Ensure that accidents and near misses are investigated.
- Be responsible for interfacing HSE related competent departments and third-party organizations for inspection.
- Responsible for handling high risk work orders and ensuring effective implementation of measures.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leaders in time.
