This is a Dental Assistant position at a leading dental practice in Fredericksburg VA. We are looking for "A" list team members to join our practice. Dental assistant candidate will have:

- 1-year experience but exceptional new graduates are welcome to apply.

- Experience with Dentrix/ Dexis a plus

- Team member mentality

- Dedication to providing services to the highest standards

- Experience with dental sterilization protocols to include instruments and rooms.

We are a four-doctor practice, open from Monday-Friday and possible Saturdays and extended evenings. You will be working with skilled dentists (DDS), a periodontist (DDS, MS) and hygienists (RDH) who place patient care first and work under high ethical standards. Punctuality, work ethic and the ability to work as a member of a team are critical.

The position can be full time (40 hours per week) or part time if availability fits requirements. This is a modern practice with updated equipment, fixtures and digital systems. There is a commitment to providing the finest tools necessary to maximize your professional abilities.
