About the Role
The Revenue Operations Business Intelligence Senior Manager is a strategic leader within our Revenue Operations team, responsible for overseeing the development and execution of analytics and insights capabilities that empower revenue leaders, the CEO, and the Board to make data-driven decisions.
You will lead and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Analytics Managers, and partner cross-functionally to define metrics, build reporting infrastructure, and deliver actionable insights that drive our B2B recurring revenue service business. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the BI vision for Revenue Operations and elevate the strategic use of data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
•Act as the strategic leader for Revenue Operations BI, owning the roadmap for reporting, analytics, and insights across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other revenue functions.
•Lead, coach, and develop the BI team, including two Revenue Operations Analytics Managers, fostering professional growth, analytical excellence, and stakeholder partnership skills.
•Serve as a trusted business partner to revenue leadership, translating business questions into analytical projects that deliver measurable impact.
•Oversee the design and development of executive dashboards, reports, and strategic analyses used by revenue leaders, company executives, the CEO, and Board of Directors.
•Define, maintain, and advocate for standardized metrics and data definitions to ensure consistent reporting and clear alignment across GTM functions.
•Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product) to align analytics priorities with business goals and support strategic initiatives.
•Identify opportunities for process optimization, revenue growth, and cost efficiency through data analysis and insights.
•Establish and enforce best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and stakeholder communication.
•Maintain deep knowledge of Salesforce data structures, reporting capabilities, and integration points with other BI systems.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or Management Consulting, with at least 2+ years leading a team.
•Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions with clear, actionable insights.
•Deep understanding of B2B recurring revenue service business models, including pipeline management, revenue recognition, and go-to-market processes.
+ Salesforce, including data structures, reporting, and SOQL.
+ Power BI for developing dashboards and interactive visualizations.
+ SQL for querying and transforming data across systems.
+ Python and/or R for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
•Proven ability to work with complex data sets and data warehouse environments.
•Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting technical insights in a clear, business-friendly manner to executives and non-technical audiences.
•Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing executive leaders and cross-functional partners.
•Demonstrated people leadership skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing analytics professionals.
•Experience supporting revenue forecasting, target setting, and board-level reporting is highly desirable.
